Misenheimer Zoning

Zoning  within the Village is controlled by a number of documents and Boards. The Land Use Plan, the Village of Misenheimer Zoning Ordinance and the Flood Damage Prevention Ordinance are the principal documents involved in zoning and are available elsewhere on this website. The Planning Board, the Board of Adjustment, and the Village Council have responsibility for zoning. The membership and the specific responsibilities of these Boards are described elsewhere on this website.
